The Gardens at Heritage Green is a low maintenance residential community with freestanding and attached condominiums. Services provided by the Association within the annually adopted budget are grass cutting, landscaping of the common areas, trash removal, common area maintenance and lighting, and insurance (covering the exterior of units). This private community rises above the rest due to its outstanding design and charming atmosphere. Exterior features include relaxing patios, one and two car garages with interior access, and front covered porches. Airy interiors showcase 9' ceilings and smoke detectors in every home. Some homes have been updated to include luxury amenities such as crown molding, ceiling fans, alarm systems, state of the art appliances, tile kitchens and baths, and classic wooden floors.

The Gardens at Heritage Green is a short drive to beautiful downtown Chattanooga where you will be greeted with the area's historic district, unique shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Chattanooga (known as the Scenic City and Gateway to the Deep South) was originally founded in 1839 as a trading post at Ross's Landing and is rich in Civil War history. Chattanooga is located along the Tennessee River and surrounded by mountains and several waterways. It is a beautiful mid-sized city, and because of its size, it enables the community to offer "big city” amenities along with "small town" ease of living. The city boasts world-class dining, coffee houses, concerts and arts festivals as well as several great attractions which include art museums and theatres.
